研究概要 (Research Summary)

本研究室主要以天然物對氧化壓力及發炎性疾病之病理及藥理機轉作探討。本實驗團隊具備豐富的細胞篩選研究經驗與能力,擅長運用不同細胞株以增進皮膚、眼睛及腎臟疾病的健康,應用來自天然產物(如精油、多酚、胜肽及奈米/微脂體藥物)上。本研究計畫書與相關主題都以衛福部與國科會與長庚醫院相關計畫合作。 (Our laboratory primarily investigates the pathological and pharmacological mechanisms of natural products on oxidative stress and inflammatory diseases. Our experimental team possesses extensive experience and capabilities in cell screening research, adept at utilizing various cell lines to promote the health of the skin, eyes, and kidneys, with applications based on natural products (such as essential oils, polyphenols, peptides, and nano/liposomal drugs). All research proposals and related topics are collaborations with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the National Science and Technology Council, and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.)

  1. 評估天然物/中草藥對皮膚美白、抗皺、抗老化及抗氧化活性分析 (Evaluating the whitening, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, and antioxidant activities of natural products/herbal medicines for skin analysis)
  2. 探討天然藥物/中草藥改善皮膚炎及其機轉 (Investigating the improvement of dermatitis by natural medicines/herbal medicines and their mechanisms)
  3. 探討天然藥物/中草藥減緩慢性腎病進程及其機轉 (Investigating the alleviation of chronic kidney disease progression by natural medicines/herbal medicines and their mechanisms)
  4. 探討奈米/微脂體包載天然物對於皮膚炎和慢性腎病的改善 (Investigating the improvement of dermatitis and chronic kidney disease by nano/liposome-encapsulated natural products)
