4.    細胞分子生物學之原理方法和技術。

This course seeks to describe the structure and functions of genes in molecular terms. The major topics will include:

1. DNA structure and molecular nature of genes.

2. Expression of gene function: transcription of translation in prokaryotes and eukaryotes.

3. How DNA is replicated, recombined and repaired.

4. Biosignaling and growth regulation.

This course is offered for graduate students who had prior Biochemistry or related courses.
