研究概要 (Research Summary)
本實驗室研究主要聚焦於肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝及氣喘的免疫調節。實驗室團隊已成功建立肥胖和氣喘動物模型,並依據疾病相關性結合兩種動物模型,建立穩定肥胖的氣喘小鼠模型,用於探索肥胖與氣喘之間的疾病連續性。團隊擁有一個純熱細胞篩選平台,用於檢測天然植物和生物活性成分。
(Our laboratory research primarily focuses on the immunomodulation of obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver, and asthma. The laboratory team has successfully established animal models for obesity and asthma, and based on the correlation of these diseases, has combined the two animal models to build a stable obese asthma mouse model for exploring the disease continuum between obesity and asthma. The team possesses a thermogenic cell-screening platform for detecting natural plants and biologically active ingredients.)
